Upgrade Project - Day 2

As we have said many times: Our volunteers are the best!

Lots of people came out to help. Together, we spread three (!!!) dump truck loads of topsoil over 50 garden plots. Special thanks to NElda and the USU students from the Center for Community Engagement.

Many hands made... no, not "light work", exactly. But they did make a heavy chore go more quickly.
